Can I assess games?

Yes, you can assess our games. However, you must have a customer account at Gamesrocket and must be logged in.

Please understand that, in this way, we try to protect us against random assessments.

What happens to my data?

Gamesrocket GmbH is subject to the legal data protection act. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your approval. The data you have specified at Gamesrocket are exclusively used for internal purposes to process your order and for reasons of archiving and security.

When is the Gamesrocket customer support available?

If you have any question about your order, you can always contact our customer support via our contact form.

We will help you as soon as possible. Normally you get answer within 48 hours. Our customer support is always available from Monday until Friday between 9:00am - 6:00pm CET!

Data Protection Notice

Dear customer,

a while ago we informed you that the business activities of the Gamesrocket shop would be closed down. Now we are thrilled to be able to announce that we managed to attract a competent and experienced partner willing to take over the business activities of Gamesrocket.

This is United Games GmbH that, just like Gamesrocket GmbH (In Liquidation), is located in Germany and sells official and licensed products only. In the course of the planned takeover on April 1st, 2017, we would like to transmit your customer data and order history to United Games GmbH in order to ensure access to orders already made by you. Transmitting the data does not mean you will receive advertising campaigns without being asked. The team behind Gamesrocket remains the same and will gladly keep on being available to you with full commitment and support.

In case you disapprove of the data transfer, you may delete your account on your own as follows:

1.      Log in to the online shop where you registered yourself:

2.      Click on "My Account"

3.      Select "Close Account" and confirm by clicking "Close Account"

4.      You will receive an email to the email address you had provided

5.      By clicking the confirmation link in the email, your account gets closed immediately and your data will not be transmitted to XXXXX GmbH.

 

Should you not have carried out a deletion up to and including March 30th, 2017, we will assume that you agree to the transmission of the data and are looking forward to remaining available as your competent partner regarding digital content.
